¿Cómo conseguiste este trabajo?
Me encontraba en Amanpulo, Filipinas, en un puesto superior. Debido a que he sido recientemente padre pedí el traslado a Europa.
¿Cómo definirías tu paso por la Escuela Vatel?
Una experiencia muy buena. Fui de los primeros estudiantes. Conocí a gente muy interesante, profesores y estudiantes, con los que mantengo el contacto todavía.
¿Qué es lo que más te gusta de tu día a día?
Conseguir hacer feliz a la gente. Tanto clientes como empleados.
¿Cómo está, en tu opinión, el sector hotelero y turístico en (CIUDAD/PAÍS/ZONA/CONTINENTE EN LA QUE ESTÁ TRABAJANDO)?
Solo llevo dos meses en Grecia. Creo que podría hablar más de mi último destino, Filipinas. Es un país con un enorme potencial, no sólo por las playas paradisiacas, sino también por su capital humano, que es excepcional y con una pasión por el servicio muy difícil de encontrar en otros países.
¿Cómo te ha cambiado la vida esta profesión?
En sólo 7 años he vivido y trabajado en 5 países diferentes lo que me ha hecho ver la vida de una forma diferente. Algún día volveré a España, pero habrá que esperar unos años más.
